If you are a Strata resident or tenant, Community Corporation resident, tenant or Property Manager, you must first contact the relevant strata to have them issue a Work Order or Purchase Order to Austronics authorising works to be carried out.
We cannot action any service or repair call without a valid Work Order or Purchase Order.
